I first gained a love for photography in high school where I took pictures for the yearbook publication. I have been taking pictures ever since, with a greater and greater love of the art. I have combined photography with my love of people and a love of the outdoors.
I am a die hard perfectionist – if it is worth doing, it is worth doing right! My eye for photos combined with graphic design skills is a winning combination.
As Ansel Adams said, “In my mind's eye, I visualize how a particular... sight and feeling will appear on a print. If it excites me, there is a good chance it will make a good photograph. It is an intuitive sense, an ability that comes from a lot of practice”.
A good photographer first sees the picture in his mind then frames it inside the lens.
I decided to take wedding pictures after seeing that my casual photographs of my children’s weddings were the preferred pictures selected by family and guests rather than the pictures of the professional photographers.

Glade and I make a great team in life and in photography – we are both passionate about photography and are perfectionists about our photos. I have always enjoyed taking pictures and feel it is so important to take TONS of them to capture moments in our lives that we would otherwise forget. I constantly see things with a photographer’s eye and say to myself, “That would make a great picture!” I like capturing the fun details of everyday life.
I especially enjoy doing wedding photography. To say that I LOVE weddings would be an understatement. I love everything about weddings – the romance, the excitement, the joy! I am committed to preserving every wonderful memory of your wedding day, especially those candid moments that are easy to miss if you aren’t paying attention.
I must brag about my husband – he takes incredible pictures. Our home is filled with his photography and each picture evokes a wonderful memory. Glade and I are committed to doing our best for you.
